mixed feelings about my stay

street noise closed terrace

The lack of attention to detail was apparent. my room lacked proper sound insulation. Noise from the street made it hard to rest. additionally, the advertised rooftop terrace was closed for maintenance, a fact not disclosed until arrival, a real disappointment.

complicated deal noisy appliance

the breakfast deal at the nearby hotel named 'rum' caused a bit of a headache. i attempted to reserve it upon arrival, but learned that i needed to pay upfront. it felt unnecessarily complicated. also, the air conditioning unit made a loud noise and blew directly onto the bed. it was difficult to sleep well due to this NOISY appliance.

The lobby and room had a beautiful design. it was very modern and comfortable. I wish i could have stayed longer. the value for the money was amazing for the lux hotel experience.

The room was great, but the sink was in the room itself. There was just no privacy. it did make it awkward to get ready at times. the main sink being in the room didn't bother me too much though.
